The answer is Yes. First-time winners will get to select from 8 different Tag Heuer watch options.
Will I receive a watch if I am a Repeat Sales Force Summit winner?
The answer is No. Winners can only receive one Summit All Star watch. Winners have the opportunity to receive a luxury watch upgrade if beginning in 2014 they achieve four non-consecutive Summit All Star wins.
Will I receive a cash payout in lieu of the watch?
The answer is No. If the winner does not wish to accept their watch award, then the winner is forfeiting’s their gift. There is no cash given to a winner in lieu of the watch.
I went to the Jeweler to have my Summit watch serviced/sized how do I expense it?
When submitting your CTE expense report select the following:
• Category: Other Incidentals
• Report Name: Summit Watch Service
• Comments (Required): Jeweler service for my Summit All-Star Watch
• Helpful Tip: Expense watch service alone on a separate report
My watch has stopped working – what do I do?
Is your watch Manual or Automatic? Please refer to the watch information sheet that you received at the time your watch was sized. If it is Manual, please follow the instructions on the sheet to “restart” it. If the provided instructions do not work, or you received an Automatic watch that is not working, please take it to a Tourneau location or an authorized TAG watch dealer for a diagnosis. Upon those findings, please reach out to ussalesincentives@abbvie.com for further instructions.

• Anytime you need to get your watch serviced, you have two options:
• Visit or Contact Tag Heuer directly and they will be able to assist you.
• You also have the option of contacting your watch fitting customer service team at azavrel@centricitynow.com as they provide an additional warranty on the watch and provide servicing options.
• Some of the services include: Adding/Removing Links, Battery Replacement, Cleaning, etc.
• Always keep your watch cards (documents) to provide warranty information to the service provider.
• The Warranty acts as a guarantee against any manufacturing defect for a period of five years from the date of receipt.
• TAG Heuer undertakes to repair, free of charge, any problem with the functions of the watch that result from defective manufacturing.
• Always keep the original box your watch came in.
• DO treat with care as you would with any other expensive watch or piece of jewelry.
• Day to Day wear can result in small scratches on the band or face as with any other watch.
